Join wild food forager, Wendy Petty for an extraordinary cooking class. Wendy will go out and forage that day for the foods in season and together we will cook up an amazing meal and then eat it!
It’s always a surprise what the menu will be! You will learn all about the abundant, local wild foods, how to find them and prepare them. The dishes taste amazing, and you will be surpirsed at how easy they are to make. Wild foods have diverse nutrition not found at the grocery store!
We only get Wendy once a year, which is why this class is considered rare.
