Join certified clinical herbalist Rachel Bull for a workshop on the functionality and beauty of salt.
This multidimensional mineral is likely one that you are already utilizing in your daily life so why not make it medicinal? During this class, Rachel will walk through the different ways that we can incorporate medicinal salt into our daily lives both internally & externally as food and medicine.
The second half of class will include an interactive time of creating a culinary and bath or body salt for each participant to take home.
Participants will walk away with a handout full of information and recipes on medicinal salts along with a culinary and bath or body salt of their making. All materials will be provided.

Rachel Bull is a Certified Clinical Herbalist & Flower Essence Practitioner
The plants are my greatest educators, however, I received my formal herbal education from the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism where I became a Certified Clinical Herbalist and Flower Essence Practitioner. I also hold a certificate in the fundamentals of medical herbalism and advanced herbalism.
In addition to working with clients one on one, I am an herbalist at the Little Herbal Apothecary in downtown Lafayette and sell tea blends and herbal salts for Salt & Bread Co in Longmont.
