We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return from us. Clothing must also be returned within 30 days, with no exceptions. (a 24 hour notification is required for shipping damage see below).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging, with the tag still on. There must be no visible signs of wear or use on any of the items or there will be no refund. Photo evidence of this may be required (Note we inspect everything prior to shipping if it is a damaged shipping issue it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your package with photo evidence- you cannot wait 30 days and then report something damaged).
All shipping and return costs will be paid for by the customer and items will not be refunded unless the item was damaged during transit- photo proof within 24 hours of receiving will be required for a damaged return.
To start a return, you can contact us at earthsweetboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. You must also send us a photo of the item you would like returned when you request a return.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it as soon as possible.
Any damages that occur during shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the package, and photo evidence is required before your return. Please take a picture of the issue and send the photo to earthsweetboutique@gmail.com as we will need proof to send to our carriers. A shipping label will be provided after we receive a photo and can evaluate the issue. No returns for damaged items if not reported after 24 hours of receipt - you cannot wait 30 days to return something damaged.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, teas, herbs, herbal tinctures, and cocktail/drink items).
Custom products (such as special orders, essential oils blends, or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as skincare, makeup, perfume, nail polish, etc).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch by email or phone if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/closeout items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
You will get a notification once the refund process is started. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
