In this hands-on class, you’ll learn:

  • How to make Alcohol-free, herbal Mocktails
  • How to infuse vinegars for Shrubs
  • How to make an Herbal Shrub
  • How to make flavorful herbal syrups 
  • How to elevate your creations with unique glass rim mixes made from herbs, spices, salts, and sugars.
  • We will be sampling NA drinks throughout class!

This class will leave you inspired to make your own seasonal sips!

All materials are provided, and you'll take home your own glass rim mix to use at home.

Due to the limited space and the time needed to prepare for classes we can only give a refund with cancellations 48 hours prior to class for any reason. After that time refunds are not available.  By purchasing this class you agree to these terms. 

If you cannot attend the class we suggest you get someone to take your place or gift it to a friend.  Preparing for a class is a lot of work as you can imagine and space is limited. Thank you for your understanding.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Liz Faermark is a Certified Clinical Herbalist and Clinical Nutritionist with over 10 years of experience in the world of holistic wellness. Her love of herbalism was born through her years of work as a Midwestern flower and herb farmer. She graduated from Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism in 2020 with a well rounded training in both the art of herbalism and the practice of providing clinical care. Now she is an herbal educator teaching budding herbalists how to hone their craft. She also works as a clinical herbalist through her business Talk Wild Herbs, coaching the herbal-curious in her community on ways to elevate their vitality. Empowering other people to confidently care for themselves using food and plants helps Liz feel more hopeful about our individual and collective futures on Earth. We all deserve to access this knowledge and power, because it's a sustaining facet of our collective lineage.
