Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited space and the time needed to prepare for classes we can only give a refund for cancellations 48 hours prior to class for any reason- this includes if you are sick. After that time refunds are not available and we cannot grant credits or place you in a future class as that creates a loss for your class spot and it is near impossible to fill a class within this time frame.
The reason for this is that the costs and the work have already been done and we do not want our teachers to have to buffer the costs of an empty class spot. We know you can understand this, as classes are so much work, time (and money) for the teachers. By purchasing this class you agree to these terms.
If you cannot attend the class we suggest you get someone to take your place or gift it to a friend. If you cannot find someone to take your place, we will hold on to your handout and if possible any items made in class for you to pick up at a later date. Preparing for a class is a lot of work as you can imagine and space is limited. Thank you for your understanding.
