Suggested Use Instructions: 

• Immediate Support: Take 8 pumps in water or juice. Repeat in 5 minutes as needed for full effect, up to 3 or 4 times in a row
• Extended Support: Take 8 pumps 2-4 times per day. Limit to 10 servings per day.
