The espresso is supplied by a local company and is freshly ground right before production. 

The Chocolate Therapist is a company local to our store, made right in Littleton Colorado!

The Chocolate Therapist does not use soy, corn syrup, artificial ingredients, or food dyes in anything they produce. Their facility is also gluten-free, and all of the dark chocolate is naturally made without dairy. The Chocolate Therapist's owner, Julie Nygard, has given a TEDx presentation on the health benefits of chocolate, and the shop is committed to using clean ingredients in all of its products.
