Suggested Use Instructions:

For Immediate Support: Take 6-8 pumps, in water or juice for taste, or under the tongue. Repeat in 5 minutes as needed for full effect, up to 3 or 4 times in a row.

For Persistent Discomforts: Take 8 pumps every 1-3 hours for a day or two, then taper off to 3-4 times per day
