If you've always wanted to bake sourdough but don't know where to start, this class is for you.
In this demonstration style class, Rachel will be teaching you how to make homemade sourdough, step by step and explaining the different herbs & foods that can be added to spruce up your loaves.
Throughout class, we will be sampling a variety of breads, so come hungry!

Rachel makes sourdough bread making easy to understand and gives you your own sourgdough start, so you can start right away making your own bread!
Due to the limited space and the time needed to prepare for classes we can only give a refund with cancellations 48 hours prior to class for any reason. After that time refunds are not available. By purchasing this class you agree to these terms.
If you cannot attend the class we suggest you get someone to take your place or gift it to a friend. Preparing for a class is a lot of work as you can imagine. Thank you for your understanding.
Rachel Bull is a Certified Clinical Herbalist & Flower Essence Practitioner
The plants are my greatest educators, however, I received my formal herbal education from the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism where I became a Certified Clinical Herbalist and Flower Essence Practitioner. I also hold a certificate in the fundamentals of medical herbalism and advanced herbalism.
In addition to working with clients one on one, I am an herbalist at the Little Herbal Apothecary in downtown Lafayette and sell tea blends and herbal salts for Salt & Bread Co in Longmont.
